About Us
We have been in business in the
Willmar area for more than 25 years. We started out in the early 80’s as Kompelien
Construction, by the mid 80’s we had changed our name. We decided that the name didn’t fit with what
we were building or the personal touches so the name was changed to our current
name. In the 25 + years we have never
built the same home twice, but we have built multiple homes for the same
customers.
We have a long term relationship with our subcontractors of
which some have been with us since the beginning. Along with those subs, our in house
carpenters have been with us for 7 to 15 years.
This makes all the projects we work on run smoothly and timely.
As our slogan states “It’s Not Just a House to Us…It’s Your
Home” and we take great pride in making the process as simple and stress free
for our clients.
We can handle any size project and have built custom
garden sheds to homes in excess of 8000SF.
We have also done hundreds of remodels and additions. We bring a great deal of knowledge to any
project and do extensive research into any products used in the homes we
construct.
